What Candice said. You can enter a value in degrees or pull a slider.
Also note that the + grid can be positioned anywhere in the photo with
the mouse. Use preview button to fine tune both the grid lines and final
result before accepting changes. There is no way to define an angle with
the pointer tool as in PS and PSE so there is a bit of trial and error
involved. However one can usually straighten an image in less time than
it takes to open it in PS or another editor.
