One may achieve the same result with OM-2n/shoe 4, OM-2S, OM-4 series
and OMPC simply by covering the third contact with a bit of tape.
When I listed TTL flash contact in my reasons to prefer the OM-4 series,
I was actually referring to the TTL cord connector on the front of the
body. Oly made adapters to replace the shoe on either 2 or 2n with such
a connector, but one cannot use both shoe mounted flash and remote flash
in TTL-OTF mode at once**. As main and fill light, for example.
I suspect it doesn't matter for the 20mm macros, but might for other
set-ups one might later want.
