Most interesting - I see that they've achieved both red and green
chromatic aberration on opposing sides, just like the 25mm f2.8!
No excuses - I know it's small, close to the sensor and ultrawide
construction but I've used a tiny Voigtlander 15mm on film, an Epson
R-D1 and an M8 and it didn't have anything like that CA, or barrel
distortion for that matter, even on a 1.3x crop sensor.
The Pen is pretty but I'll take a close look at the Panny GF-1 before
I take that jump (or even wait for the one with the red spot?) And
the Panny 20mm is much better, according to DPReview. Infact, it
seems to have better centre sharpness on the Pen than on the GF-1! A
long way ahead of the 7mm anyway.
