I have two of these and no problems yet with batteries or chargers (ctek
xs3600) - they are supposed to have inbuilt intelligence and be able to
revive dead batteries - they have recovered one of mine that was totally
flat and I use them during the winter to keep things topped up. its a uk
link but I am sure they exist in the good ole US of A
