This is the way I usually shoot with my rangefinders -- especially after I
got the MiniSoftRelease: <http://www.cameraquest.com/voigtMSR.htm>
On the R3A, I rarely use that thingy -- it stands a bit too high. But I
shoot keeping the tip of the fing on the (otherwise useless) shutter speed
dial...
