Disconnect, no (disable, yes, but that won't reduce the bulk).
GN with one flash disabled is indeed 28 (meters, ISO 100) but only in TTL
auto mode, according to the manual which asserts that in Manual mode, the GN
is 22 (high) and 9 (low).
