Maybe 35mm equivalents will make it easier to visualize.
A 110mm lens on 6x17 gives a 75 degree horizontal angle of view or
approximately the same as a 24mm lens on 35mm.
A 90mm lens on 6x17 give an 86 degree horizontal angle of view or
approximately the same as a 19mm lens.
Of course, the angular height of the 6x17 would not be like the 35mm
equivalents. It would be about like cropping the top half off a 35mm image.
