This is as much fun as watching people argue about who makes the best
pizza...
Personally, I love the flavor of BBQ, but ribs are just too much work to
gnaw on for the amount of meat you get.
If I can get a nice pile of pulled pork or pulled brisket, I'm right
there with you.
I like a sweet, smoky sauce. Not big on the spicy sauce.
Now, how about a Chicago-area Zuikofest? Chicago is a great town, and
makes great BBQ and the best pizza. (oops....now I did it.)
Don't ask me about hot dogs. I never got the appeal of loading them up
with tomatoes, pickles, da-glo relish and stuff. Mustard, a bit of
kraut, and some onions. And when I'm home, away from prying eyes, some
ketchup. (Or is it catsup??)
