It has the aperture stop-down lever - it is therefore adaptall-2.

I was too lazy to get up off my chair and check but I agree. It's a Tamron
Adaptall adapter. But off the top of my head I can't tell if it's Adaptall
or Adaptall 2. I'll assume Bill is correct.
