You can get everything that Ken just listed in the OM-4T for 1/3 the price.
The only other thing the OM-3Ti offers is a mechanical shutter that doesn't
require batteries (the batteries operate the meter but you can take pictures
with dead batteries). The OM-4Ti does not use batteries fast, I replace mine
about every 6 months. Its worth the trouble to keep good batteries in the
camera when you can buy 3 bodies for the price of one.
If someone gave me an OM-3Ti, I'd love it and use it, but I'll never buy
one. If I ever buy another OM body, it'll be another 4Ti to add to the ones
I have.
