In the description the seller mentions:

"There is also an attachment that I am not familiar with - it is made by 
Olympus, and looks like a lens without glass that can be attached to a tripod. 
The markings indicate that it works for a 135mm; 80mm; Macro; 38mm; or 20mm 
lens. I am guessing that its another type of teleconverter. "

I assume this is what Chuck referred to.
