Hello Nathan,
for me alternate 1 is my favourite, but a bit on the dark side to my
taste (or a bit more contrast maybe?)
It has a very nice point of view and dynamic in the image.
For n°11: in dutch this is called "zoethout" (sweet wood, liquorice?).
It is used as candy here.
The big challenge is to keep shewing long enough till you have a
"flosh" on the end.
A "flosh" is the collection of fibers as long as the stick but with
just a very small bit
of stick left... youth memories :)
