Ovbiously tongue in cheek :-) Even if you were a professional
photographer shooting weddings every week I would never suggest that you
shoot the wedding of a friend or relative... or shoot any other
important event. It's just not possible to be the official photographer
and a normal guest at the same time.
The daughter of some friends is getting married in September and I have
been asked to take some formal shots of (just) the bride in her gown.
That will be a day or two before the wedding at the site of the
reception which will be at a resort overlooking Lake George. I don't
know who's shooting the wedding but I do know that it's not me. :-)
