I would describe those as picks and/or scribers. Spring hooks are more
specialized tools. Here are mine.

The smallest one, on the bottom, gets by far the most use. Invaluable
for all sorts of tasks.
I also have what's left of one like the one that Micro-Tools sells. The
pull hook and and one of the ears of the push end are broken off. I
don't remember how they broke, nor do I know if this one is the exact
same tool I had.
