Hi all,
Yesterday I did a detour from my usual trip back home to visit "The
Hermitage" and the area on Mt Cook.
It was a glorious fine winter day with not a cloud in the sky and the sky
itself
was a wonderful blue. The valleys are deep, there was snow on the tops.
and digital photography just could not cut the mustard. I didn't find this
out
until I got home and viewed the results on computer screen. The great shots
with even exposure that showed on the E-3 EV turned into impossibly
contrasty shots in the computer.
Thank goodness I took a variety of shots with the OM4Ti; unfortunately not
enough; but I should come back some time to try again.
Google (or "bing") Mt Cook to see the locale.
Brian Swale.
