The bad news about this whole project is that I still don't have a "space"
for the darkroom.  Short-term solution is that I'll gut out the junk from a
corner of the garage and just work in there.  Fine during the summer...
However, the long-term solution for a darkroom at this location is a custom
built room within the garage that'll cost a couple thousand in materials,
but will double as a tornado safe-room.

It would probably be cheaper for me to buy a new D3X system than to build
and equip the darkroom, but where is the reward in that?
