Welcome to the retro crowd. (yes, the crowd is slowly growing).
I personally shoot PanF at ISO 50, but I develop it in Ilfotec DD-X which is
a "film-speed developer". Same general results, but with a touch smoother
tonalities without the blown highlights which PanF is known for.
I have found that the greatest limitation to resolution with PanF isn't the
film, it isn't the lenses, it's my own technique. In this day and age of
1/8000 of a second and ISO 12,800 it is tough to use these SLOW films.
