My in-laws live on a farm in SW Missouri. About a year ago, the local telco
came to them offering DSL. Based on our previously bad experience, we warned
them, but OH, NO. The service is, when there, slower than their previous
dial-up. The want to change back, but can't until they live out the two year
contract.
