I can speak from first hand experience of the complete cure effected by one
administration of the Epley manoeuvre. Utterly painless, very quick, and
wholly effective in putting right that which had gone wrong with zero
recurrence of the problem (which caused me to fall flat on my back if I
looked up and to the left - a neat party trick, but not to be recommended).
