I mean the grey blocks, I hope the Spyder 2 Pro is ok. Unfortunately when I 
search for monitor luminance for viewing photo I found this:

My monitor and eyes totally failed row 1 and part of row 2. It seems my 
setup and eyes are not as good as expected.

I do think the blocks are simple, me too I can see thm all with my
Graphic Series CF75ƒ+ ViewSonic -- miles behind your Eizo :-)
