You mean the 35mm focal length? I was doing some snapshots of my son with
the 35mm f2.8 a few days ago, and noticed it was hard to focus. The matte
area was ok but the microprisms didn't seem to work right with that lens. I
usually use the 35mm f2, and don't remember that problem with it. I'll have
to dig it out and see. The photos were all in focus though so I guess I did
good. They were all fairly close shots (2-3 feet) at f4 and f5.6
