Well, sorta. But this has been a bit variable in how it manifests itself.
For event shooting, I'll utilize the E-1 "Polaroid" feature only as a
confirmation or verification of what I have already determined, but in
reality I wasn't shooting the cameras in the same manner--one was setup with
flash, the other ambient.
When I started returning to film in a big way, I was using digital as a
compositional tool. But what I discovered this past summer is that the OM
system is quite a bit nicer to compose on than digital.
Digital as a "Polaroids" for me is pretty much just a means of making sure
my artificial lighting isn't casting nasty shadows where I don't want them.
