Well, the mid-priced furniture stores were rather empty. But I didn't
say anything about Nicks, our favorite Friday night pizza place. We
usually go a little bit after 7 pm so that we have no wait or, at most,
only a very brief wait. Last Friday it was jammed at 7 pm. I've never
seen that many people there before. We even had to take an undesirable
little table back in a corner. I'd say maybe those folks were moving
down from the higher end restaurants around here... but, it can't be...
we don't have any. :-)
I guess pizza is comfort food.
