I remember my first long haul flight from UK to canada in the 70's as a
young boy where there was a smoking section on the plane.
I have been clean now for 5 years, although I didn't start until 26 when
I went to university, quite ridiculous when I think back, having to have
a puff of ventolin so that I could smoke a ciggie.
I think most of the credit for me giving up can go to Alan Carr and his
easyway.
