Thanks for that story Chris. It's happening here too, as a matter of
fact - not in the government but in some other firms. And we now have
special health insurances for non-smokers, with smaller annual
premiums to be paid (25% less, if I am not mistaken).
Some smokers complain that this is not fair; they say that because of
their much shorter lifes they have consequently much fewer insurance
claims
