That's what I used, although accessed through PSCS3. Elements 6,
Lightroom and PS all use the same RAW converter, ACR (Adobe Camera Raw),
although some functions may be limited in E6.

True for RAW files. For JPEGs, it generally can't say what temp the
camera shot at, but still allows direct color temp adjustment from
whatever that was.
