My small variation on Gary's method (which was my guideline when I altered my
adaptall): I put a very small piece of aluminum foil on top of the screw head
to keep the epoxy from filling the slots of the screw in case I had to pull it
apart - not that I would know what to do if I did pull it apart. I figured
getting that epoxy out of the phillip slots might be painful.
I run my finger nail across the mount before attaching to the camera body as a
check.
