Don't know about that. Easier? I've never been interested in "easy."
I've always been more interested in "simple," but that's almost never
the same as "easy." "Easy" seems to me to be "do what everyone else is
doing." Bo-ring! :-)
And "cheaper?" Perhaps in some movie. But if you're talking about long-
term, inter-generational wealth transfer and all, probably about the
same, unless you think you'll live longer among friends and adopted
family than you would warehoused in an retirement home. In that case,
yea... cheaper in the long run.
