Yea, "sacrificial crops" are useful. But so are corridors -- I only
shake my head in wonder as someone fences a huge property, butted
right up against their neighbours' fences on either side, then
complain about the deer getting in. You need a 1.5m path through every
500m or so.
Another way to save money on fencing is to spend it on dog food: 4'
fence plus border collie equals 8' fence.
