I think that the likes of HM Queen, Cartier-Bresson, Mick Jagger, Margaret
Thatcher, Orson Welles, Richard Nixon and John Lennon have lots of choice
and can afford to be choosy. They probably also pay respectable fees for her
time and efforts.
