I think you did well on these, I like n°5 the best. But 2000 shots?
How could you select?
thank you for looking! how did i select? haha, with a lot of patience
(and frustration...) - first to go are the very blurry ones, then the
ones where i don't like the position of the subject, then the ones i
know i cannot save even with all the photoshop knowledge in the
world, and then, when i start working on the ones that made the cut,
i delete more if i see that i cannot achieve the desired effect or if
i'm not entirely satisfied with the outcome.
besides, i had to take so many photos because the dancers were moving
and i wanted to make sure i could capture as much as i could. it all
lasted about one hour and a half, so i had to make the best of the
time i had. maybe with experience i will become more discerning as to
when to take the photo versus the machine-gun approach i had this
time (due, mainly, to abysmal lack of experience in situations like
this).
