I think you're both right.
Searching or viewing the archives by Date or Thread will display pages with
all e-mail addresses - both in headers and embedded in text - obfuscated.
But if you click an 'mbox' link, it will take you to an unformatted text
page of all the unexpurgated messages concatenated, complete with e-mail
addresses. Same if you download a gzip archive of older messages - it
contains the raw messages.
Frank, if this is not what you meant, could you post a link to a page where
you see full message headers?
