[OM] Zukio 1.4 or ZD 1.4?

If I want to put 1.4 EC oin top of my 180/2.8 Zuiko on the E-3, should I get
a Zuiko version (180 - Z EC - OM->4/3), or the ZD native version (180 +
OM->4/3 - ZD EC)?

I suppose the ZD version is more versatile but would it much difference in
terms of performance or usability?
