Not sure that I understand the application, Ali. If you want to batch
convert lots of images without manual intervention, surely the camera is the
place to do it? I guess it's too late now!
Lightroom would do what I think you are trying to achieve - batch import of
raw files, autoconversion in Lightroom, batch export to jpg.
