Images I send off to MillersLab are rarely sharpened at all.  The processor
is using an uprez engine much better and smarter than anything I can do in
an editor and it applies sharpening automatically at the last stage for the
print size.

However, there are some images I'll upsize myself and any sharpening I do
strictly follows the "no halos" rule.
