Yesterday, I was lamenting to an E-3 shooting friend that I'm feeling a bit
left behind now since Joel Wilcox announced his purchase of an E-3. This
means all my Iowa shooting buddies are all driving "new shiny megapixels"
except me. I was feeling like the poor cousin driving the high-mileage E-1.
Then he said "Nah, your more like the cool uncle with the classic cars."
I rather like that perspective! Especially since there is this newly
arrived 300/4.5 with as much chrome as a 1962 Buick Special.
