Andrew had his new knee attached a bit over a week ago and moved from
the hospital to a rehabilitation centre 2 days ago. I went to see him
this evening and he is in good spirits (complaining about the food and
the tea, etc.). He's getting around pretty well on crutches but is
still in quite a bit of pain from the surgery and general damage to his
leg. He apologises profusely for the email problems he caused with his
"out of office" reply. He'll probably be back on the list within a
fortnight.
