Well, I have never used the cheesy camera straps that come with
cameras, with the maker's name splashed in big letters across it.
Instead, I use Optech or Domke straps. My E3 has a Domke strap which
for whatever reason has a small Canon logo near the lug ends. I have
not noticed any negative effects on the E3's performance, however. But
should I be concerned? Should I remove the offending strap, put the
camera on a sturdy tripod and do with and without strap testing?
