I buy bulk green tea, then cut it 50% with spearmint. You end up with
about 25% of the caffeine in coffee -- enough to wake up a bit, but
not enough to put you on edge. I also put a bit of stevia in it in
lieu of sugar -- doesn't make your keyboard all sticky when you spill
it, and easier on the teeth.
We're about to start growing our own tea here, as well. Camellia
Sinensis in hardy in Zone 8.
