Usually they'll do a reversal in a clear case (like the 'refurbished'
camera I bought which clearly was no such thing and was pretty
trashed) but only after you've returned it. In my case, I kept the
cost down with a standard postal return with delivery confirmation.
Only a few dollars more and I ended up with a card with their
signature of receipt on it. Much cheaper than a courier.
Given that this idiot has been suspended you could argue that you
don't trust him to acknowledge receipt and that the item is
valueless. That may work.
