Much dissing on dprev.---same AF as 5D and ergonomic complaints. It
doesn't appear Canyon has totally solved their AF issues---they
reportedly put big bucks and personnel on the problem. Some claim the
D700 will clean up with this offering.
The 5DMK11 is 180 gm lighter and but 1fps slower.
The recommended "kit" lens if the 24-105 f:4. (saves about $260
purchase together --list prices) Perhaps a bit under glassed as the 5D
out resolved it over 80mm or so.
The MKII should be capable of more. Whether that really matters for
most applications remains to be seen. Perhaps they will announce more
lenses too.
Still, I hope it will be impressive digital film for Zuikos with live
view to aid focusing---don't know how quick that would be, however.
I am not sure how they did it, but the low light performance is perhaps
a stop or two better than the 5D despite the megapixelitis.

Me too. I could've done without 21 MP I think, but if it doesn't
compromise low light performance it could be handy. I was imagining
myself getting a D700 in a year or so, and giving up MF altogether,
except for a sentimental OM system. With this I could keep my Zuiko
glass....
