[OM] Help with xp sp2 !

was updating avg 8 free, and an error message says update failed due to 
"a .dll is missing".

already did what I've learned to do, but the .dll is still missing.

how do I find an unknown .dll ?

should I go the way of restore system - never too lucky when doing that !
