[OM] polarized skies

I'm looking for recommendations for an application/plugin that will even 
out the color of polarized skies with the click of a button. ..... 
right, OK then how about describing  a PS2 work flow for accomplishing 
same without too much trouble and without ending up with a plastic sky.
