Good about Tom (I guess) but Joel's case sounds worse than I feared.
There have been pictures of Cedar Rapids and elsewhere on the news but
nothing that can really portray most of a city underwater. Providing
water to an entire city in the middle of flooded contamination is a real
challenge.
