[OM] OT PayPal now required for selling on that auction site?

I am trying to put a MacBook up for sale on that auction site using a  
Mac application that does such things for you, but I keep getting the  
message that I must indicate that I will accept PP as a payment  
method.  Has this just become a rule, following trials in Australia?
