System works, which has tons of Disk/system utility/AV stuff/disk recovery etc.
This includes
NUWipe ( a dod secure files and free space eraser). This is part of the old
Norton Disk Doctor
tools, which is included in the Systems Works bundle.
For secure single file deletion as a right click menu item, Privacy Keeper is a
really good
general utility aimed at auto clean of browsers and many privacy related tasks:
