www.lulu.com certainly does accept PDFs, and certainly is not tied to
Windows, as far as I can tell.

Very interesting. I have been glimpsing such private photography book sites
around, but always tied to some proprietary, MS Windows only software.
Is there anything like that for free software users? Even if binary,
proprietary software, but running on GNU/Linux and the such.
Ideally, shouldn't they just accept PDFs with some additional stuff thrown
in? How is this done for professional bookprinting?
