John,
If I recall correctly I had this the first time I loaded in my E-3 files and
then again when I got my E-410. It seemed like it took a couple of times
opening a file for Bridge to figure out what to do as far as thumbnail
creation. I don't remember doing anything other than opening files from
Bridge in ACR before it seemed to just work. I can say I haven't seen it
happen since.

Subject: [OM] No ORF in CS3 Bridge
Okay, I give up...
I finally decided to pick up a digital camera, and bought an Olympus E 510
with a 14-54mm lens. Then, in order to be able to see my image files, I
decided to upgrade from Photoshop CS2 to CS3.
Only problem is, I can't see my ORF files in the Bridge thumbnails: all I
get are the generic "ORF" graphic placeholder.
I've updated CS3, and the Bridge, and the Camera Raw plug-in... so, does
anyone know what I have to do in order to be able to see my files in the
Bridge? The files open in Camera RAW without a problem, but, that isn't
particularly useful when I can't see which files I want to open to begin
with.
I'm really hoping the answer isn't "Buy Adobe Lightroom".
