SRB would probably have one or could make one. The standard title for them
seems to be "reverse T-mount adapters". I picked one up in OM mount a few
years ago, it's just marked OM Japan, but looks very similar in design and
construction to the OM extension tubes, but I doubt it's made by Olympus.
A useful trick for anyone who might be interested and has RB-67 gear. Get
an old 90/3.8 RB lens (pre "C" version), unscrew the rear element group,
unscrew the front element group, screw in a 20mm long T-mount extension
tube, screw in a reverse T-mount adapter. This allows you to use various
OM, Nikon, etc. lenses for macro on your RB-67 (the Zuiko 135/4.5 works
pretty well).
