Hmmmmm. finally got around to buying a Can*n 40D to compliment my E510
and E1. I KNOW its wrong juggling between 2 systems BUT it works for
me!
510 with 14 /54 lens is a nice lightweight system...and I find the
40D...although heavier has a good viewfinder and rear screen. Long term
aim is to add a Tokina 12 / 24 to this system.
I don't baby my equipment but I do take care of it if you see what I
mean.
First time I opened the 40D box I sat down with the manual and camera,
metal rimmed reading glasses perched on the end of my nose. I put the
camera to my eye..and scraped a rough edge of the frame of my glasses
along the rear screen...BUGGER!
Could have done with a screen protector then!
Strange ..Never happened with my Olympus kit!!!!!!
